Management Consultant Analyst
We seek top-performing undergraduates with a strong foundation in business and finance, without requiring years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or an MBA. As a junior consultant, you’ll dive deep into the operations of numerous businesses each year, engage directly with CEOs, and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of strategic consulting, including business analysis, financial modeling, negotiation, due diligence, and market research.
Summer Analyst
Our summer analyst position is an 8-week hybrid/remote internship program in our Darien, CT office, allowing undergraduate and MBA students to gain hands-on experience alongside members of the Fairchild | Black team. The experience will include work across our Consulting, Investment, Operations, and Sourcing teams to provide exclusive exposure to the full scope of buy-side investing. Offers to return full-time after graduation are possible.
