Aaron serves as CEO and co-founder of private equity firm EMPAX Capital, Inc. With a background in finance and data science, Aaron holds an M.B.A. from Quinnipiac University School of Business and serves on community and national nonprofit boards.

Jane Beup is a dynamic relationship and community builder, former co-founder of MotleyBeup, founder of New World Strategy, is co-founder of private equity firm EMPAX Capital, Inc. She specializes in delivering capital development, project management, and strategic counsel to nonprofit organizations and corporations. Jane is also a dedicated board member, urban agriculture advocate, and supporter of development initiatives in the Filipino village of Dulangan.
